init: HejYou API Server (Hono + Node.js + TypeScript)

Thin proxy between React app and Directus.
Admin token stays server-side; clients get own 30-day JWTs.
Endpoints: /auth/* register/login/profile/me, /words, /questions,
/qa-pairs, /pair, /progress, /assets/:fileId
